When will I receive my order?
Here are our delivery times (on average):We process orders within 24 hours, then, depending on availability, your order will be dispatched within 72 hours. Our packages usually arrive within 8 working days, but the maximum delivery time is 15 working days.You’ll receive notification emails to let you know where your parcel is, so you can track it with peace of mind.
What is the quality of your products?
The entire manufacturing cycle of our products is constantly monitored by professionals in our partner workshop to guarantee the highest possible quality.
I made a mistake on my address
We only have a few hours to make address changes. If there is an error in your delivery address, please contact us by e-mail and inform us of the correct delivery address as soon as possible. An incorrect delivery address may cause delivery to a different location than the one requested or prevent delivery. We cannot be held responsible for this.
My order is marked as completed but I haven’t received anything.
The status ‘Completed’ means that your parcel has already gone through all the internal procedures and is already with the carrier. In other words, your parcel is in transit to be delivered to you as soon as possible!
My tracking is not updating
Sometimes it takes a few days for the tracking to be updated, but don’t worry. Your parcel is in transit and will be delivered as soon as possible!
I can’t reach you by phone
Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing a technical problem. As a result, for the time being, our after-sales service is only available by e-mail or chat.
I refused my parcel
In the event of refusal of a parcel, if the carrier is unable to return the parcel to us or if you are unable to prove the return of the parcel: a fee will be deducted from your refund.
Origin of our products
We ship mainly from China, Germany, and the USA.
I haven’t received anything
Our delivery times are usually 8 working days, but the maximum is 15 working days. If you do not receive your parcel within the stipulated period, please contact us so that we can resend you a new parcel at no extra cost, if necessary, or offer you compensation options for the delay. Your parcel is deemed to have been delivered if no contact is made with us within 45 days of your order. Refunds will no longer be possible under this condition.
